The Medicine Hat Track Has been ground past the 330' ft mark. We tried to run a race(july 1) with the grooves polished but the rubber wasn't building on the track. As a result we used a diamond bit polisher to polish the grooves out of the track. To make a long story short the last race(July 14,15) run on the track with the new surface far exceeded our expectations and some of the faster cars received there best 60' times ever. The cement guardrail is in place and we are set to run 1/4.

The track surface is the best it has ever been, real smooth and sticky! Many racers in all classes I talked to, were all saying they were besting their best ever 60 foot times. The track is ready to rip!

With a great track surface, and a great live band saturday night as well, Medicine Hat will be the best event of the year no doubt.
