Welcome
to the world of Drag Racing. The Canadian Motorcycle Drag Racing Association was
formed in 1993 by a group of West Coast Professional dragbike racers and
motorcycle enthusiasts. Besides having a desire to match their bikes, mechanical
and riding skills with others they also saw a need for an organized points
series of motorcycle dragbike races.
Though only in operation for a few years, CMDRA has become known throughout
Canada and the USA as a strong organized association committed to safety,
development and enhancement of All Make Motorcycle Drag Racing. The CMDRA, a
non-profit association, is the only fully sanctioned drag bike racing
association in Canada. It is organized and operated by a volunteer elected board
of directors.
